As part of my Crafters of Coffee project (more on that soon) I met one of the roasters, Ciaran, at Bailies Coffee. I learned that Ciaran was actually a luthier as well, and being a guitar player myself this naturally interested me. So I was lucky enough to be able to spend an afternoon with Ciaran, learning a bit about the craft of hand building a guitar from scratch, and taking some photos of him at work.
