I'm Connor, and I've been into photography and making things since I was a teenager in the early 2000s, so creativity has always been part of who I am. The YouTube journey started quite by accident in 2019 when I launched a channel thinking I'd document building my house. By the second video, I was completely hooked on creating cycling content instead – and I haven't looked back since.

What started as an accidental pivot has become five years of vlog-style cycling content focused on road cycling, gravel adventures, and bikepacking trips. I love documenting cycling events and the odd review, but my real passion is capturing those epic gravel rides and off-road bikepacking adventures where the best stories happen.

When I'm not filming rides, I'm working as a commercial photographer specialising in lifestyle shoots for smaller local brands. I spent years shooting weddings before moving into commercial work, and now I get to work with brilliant outdoor and cycling companies like Victory Chimp, Mac in a Sac, and Fustle Bikes. There's something quite satisfying about the crossover between my cycling world and photography work.

For personal photography, I'm drawn to travel and street photography, shooting film and Polaroids, capturing interesting landscapes whilst travelling, and documenting life with my family. It keeps the creative side alive between commercial jobs.

The 3D printing side started after I completed the Lakelander Gravel Grinder Big Dog event. I wondered if I could create some kind of 3D representation of that epic route, and MapMyRoute3D was born. Now I love seeing the different routes people send me – each one tells someone's adventure story.

This website is basically my creative dumping ground where everything connects.
