Back in March the guys at Caffeine Magazine were writing a feature for their April/May issue on specialty coffee in Belfast and needed a local photographer to go and take some photos of a few coffee shops and roasters.
If you know me, or follow me on Instagram you will know that photographing coffee roasters and shops is pretty much my ideal job.
Last up in this 4 part blog series is Established in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. I remember the excitement and buzz when Established was opening, and while I don’t think I was quite their first public customer, I do remember stopping in about 6:30am on their opening day – I was super keen! The buzz and excitement about Established has continued right since they opened until now. They continue to serve excellent coffee and great food too! If you get a chance to head for Pie and Drip in Sunday afternoons at 3pm you should definitely do that! Established is and has been one of my favourites since the day they opened their doors and in my opinion is an absolute mist visit whether you are a local, or visiting Belfast or Northern Ireland from further afield.
