Amanda & Dan were planning to elope to Northern Ireland, and they sent me an email asking for my advice on Tollymore Forest Park. It just so happened that we had a family trip to the Forest Park planned, so I was able to check out the park for them, and help them pick a spot for their ceremony.
When they arrived in Northern Ireland, I met them at the Slieve Donard Hotel, in Newcastle, on a sunny June day, where the did a little first look in the shadow of the Mourne Mountains.
We headed up to Tollymore and met the Celebrant. We took our time, walking through the park, they had a beautiful ceremony among the trees, and afterwards we headed to the Maghera Inn for a spot of lunch.
It was such a relaxed, genuine afternoon, and I love that I got to be a part of it.
